Responsibilities

· Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

· Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries.

· Able to reach the targeted number of calls every day and generate Leads

· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

· Strong network of contacts in UAE and good knowledge of business practices

· Ability to generate leads and follow up by phone / in person meetings to generate enquiries

· Quotation in accordance with company price lists and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

· Confident when dealing with clients and suppliers

· Build good relationships with potential and existing clients through open and interactive communication.

· Complete understanding of pricing and proposal methods

· Facilitate internal and external meetings

· Follow up enquiries to successfully win order

Requirements

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Positive and Friendly manner

· Strong negotiation and organization skills

· Punctual timekeeper

· 3+ years experience in a similar role
